Deluxe Therapeutic Massage & Spa — West Palm Beach, FL

At Deluxe, every appointment reserves a licensed therapist's time exclusively for you. Our policies exist to respect their time, our business, and every client waiting for an appointment. By booking with us, you agree to the following:

Cancellations

We understand plans change. You may cancel your appointment free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice before your scheduled time. Cancellations requested less than 24 hours before the appointment are not accepted, and the booking is non-refundable.

Rescheduling

Need a different day or time? No problem — you may reschedule your appointment at any time, as long as you notify us at least 2 hours before your scheduled session, so we can manage our therapists' schedules. To reschedule, simply call us.

Refunds

All bookings are final and non-refundable. Once your appointment is booked and your treatment has been received, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. If you were not satisfied with your experience, please contact us directly — we take every concern seriously and will work with you personally to make it right.

Chargebacks

At the time of booking and check-in, every client provides their information and completes our intake form. These records confirm your booking and attendance. Any chargeback filed after receiving a service will be disputed with this documentation. If you have any issue with a charge, please contact us first — we are always willing to resolve concerns directly.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your session. Arriving late may shorten your treatment time, as sessions must end on schedule out of respect for the next client. Late arrivals are charged the full session price.

Respect for Our Team

Our therapists are licensed professionals who dedicate their time and expertise to your wellbeing. We kindly ask all clients to treat our staff with courtesy and respect. Deluxe reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves inappropriately toward our team.
